At Lakeside Farms , we are committed to providing high-quality equipment, and your satisfaction is our priority. While we deliver heavy equipment, we understand that there may be times when you need to return a product. Please read our return policy carefully.
1. Eligible Products for Return
Equipment that has not been used, is not damaged, and remains in its original packaging can be returned. Used equipment will be evaluated individually to determine return eligibility
2. Return Period
Products can be returned within 30 days from the delivery date. If this period has passed, please contact us to discuss possible options.
3. Return Conditions
To return a product, it must be in excellent condition, free of wear or damage. Please retain all delivery documents, invoices, and the original packaging of the product.
4. Return Costs
Generally, return costs are borne by the customer. In exceptional cases (e.g., if the product is defective or does not match the description), Wells Implement Inc will cover the return shipping costs.
